Kevin R. Morse, 39, of Lewistown died at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Sept. 22, 1965, in Canton, a son of Wanda J. Morse.
Surviving is one brother, Terry of Ipava.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Cremation has been accorded, and burial of ashes will be in Union Chapel Cemetery in Middlegrove at a later date. Arrangements are by Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton.
