Barbara E. Malott, 69, of Macomb died at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2004, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born July 31, 1934, in Macomb, a daughter of Alonzo "Lon" and Mary Quigley Fosdyck. She married Richard Malott on Oct. 26, 1956, in Macomb. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Melanie (and Martin) Beans of Macomb and Elizabeth Malott of Colchester; one son, Roger of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, including Lacy Malott of Colchester whom she and her husband raised; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maxine Litton of Louisville, Ky., and Mary Jean Snowman of Macomb; one brother, Kenneth Fosdyck of Indiana; two half brothers; and one half sister.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
She lived in the Table Grove area for 30 years, moving to Macomb in 2002.
Services will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
