Valaria M. Morgan, 78, of Ipava died at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000, at her home.
She was born Sept. 21, 1922, in Peoria. She married Clarke A. Morgan on June 13, 1946. He died July 30, 1984.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
Surviving are one sister, Rebecca Ann Morgan of Ipava; one stepdaughter, Roxann Morgan of Tucson, Ariz.; and one brother, Frank Pierson of Lewistown.
She had worked as a grocery store cashier.
She was of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod faith and was a life member of the National Humane Society.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A private service will be held at a later date. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Ipava Rescue Squad or the Fulton County Humane Society.
