Celeste E. Miller, 81, of Mountain Rest, S.C., a former Vermont resident, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 1996, at 1:40 p.m. at the St. Francis Hospital in Mountain Rest.
She was born April 23, 1915, in Galesburg, a daughter of Roy and Celeste Stone Melton. She married Dr. Robert M. Miller. He survives.
Also surviving is one sister, Rose Beisecker of Watseka.
Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Vermont Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
