Tabatha Milby, 9, of Swann Special Care Center, Champaign, died at 2:40 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 1996, at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign.
She was born Aug. 24, 1986, in Rushville, the daughter of Penny Milby.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Penny Milby) Campbell of Vermont; three brothers, Robert, James and David Campbell, all of Vermont; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Merle Milby of Vermont; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Campbell of Springfield; paternal grandmother, Gearline Bigham of Peterstown, W.V.; Mr. and Mrs. Terry Bigham of Macomb; aunts, Kathy Milby and Carol DeWeese, both of Vermont; cousins; and special friends, Victor, Sheryl, Danniell Pawlak.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Rushville City Cemetery with Rev. Lewis Milby officiating.
Friends may call between 9 and 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mittendorf-Calvert-Morgan Funeral Home in Champaign.
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the Vermont State Bank, Vermont, Illinois.
