Obituary

BADER — Annie A., daughter of Perry and Martha Metzger was born at Bangor, Mich., Mar. 8, 1910, died near Bader, Ill., Mar. 25th, 1920, age 10 years, 17 days. Annie was the 10th child and the second one to pass over. Her sister Orpha preceding her in death three years the 11th of Sept. at the age of 12 years. Her parents came to this place of residence, Feb. 22, 1912. Annie leaves to mourn her going away, loving parents, six brothers and four sisters, one grandmother, two nieces and a host of loving little school mates who will miss her sweet companionship. Her sickness was of short duration, complaining just a week previous to her departure, with a pain in her head, terminating with a gathering that bursted on the brain. She was a dear child, a tender flower and the springtime with its beautiful sunshine, brings us in close touch with the Heavenly Father, who sees and does all things with His will, transplanting this tender plant in the garden of eternal glory, where Angels dwell.

Funeral was held Saturday afternoon from the Mud Valley church, Rev. J. D. Miller and Rev. Cable officiating. Interment in cemetery near by.
