BROWNING — Stanley G. Mitchell, the 20 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mitchell, passed away Saturday afternoon at their home in Beardstown, after a lingering illness, which started with the flu, developing into pneumonia. Charles Mitchell is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mitchell of Browning. The body was taken to Rushville, where the funeral services were held Monday afternoon. Mrs. Mitchell was Miss Bernice Schumn of near Rushville.
