Surviving are his wife, Penny; one daughter, Katherine (and Jeff) Jenkins; one brother, Mike; and many other relatives.
A memorial service, Celebration of Life, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at Central Christian Church, 205 East Short St., Lexington, Ky.
Condolences may be offered as gifts to Central Christian Church, Lexington or U.K. Markey Cancer Center in Lexington.
