She was born March 15, 1946, in Peoria, the daughter of Steven C. Hackett and Wilma E. Baumgartner Hackett-Weber. She married David LeRoy Lidwell on Jan. 25, 1969, in Lewistown. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Gayla Marie Lidwell of Peoria and KiLee Ellen (and Jason) Lidwell-McFerren of Gibson City; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, E.T. Weber; and one brother, Kirby Hackett.
She graduated from Rushville High School in 1965 and Springfield School of Beauty in 1966. She worked many years as a beautician and housewife. During the 90s, she created her own business (Corporate Shopper).
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Kevin VanTine officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
