Raymond LewisRaymond A. Lewis, 81, of Havana, formerly of Lewistown, died Jan. 3, 2012, at his home.

He was born Oct. 1, 1930, in Des Moines, Iowa, a son of Lawrence and Mary Scott Lewis. He married Wilma Pohren on April 14, 1951, in Burlington, Iowa. She survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Steve Lewis of Durango, Colo., David Lewis of Arlington Heights and Andy (and Marti) Lewis of St. Louis, Mo.; two daughters, Kim (and Bob) Lewis-Ragsdale of Phoenix, Ariz., and Anne (and Butch) Davis of Havana; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

He served in the United States Marine Corps.

He owned and operated Hilda's Pantry in Lewistown from 1974-82. He later owned and operated Junction Cafe in Fiatt from 1989-95. He also worked at Henry-Lange Memorial Homes from 1989-2003.

Services were held Friday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Father David Whiteside officiating. Cremation was accorded.

Memorials may be made to Mason District Hospital or St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Havana.
