Marian Faye Lindsey, 87, of Peoria died at 4:55 a.m. June 7, 2008, at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria.
She was born June 2, 1921, in Mason City, a daughter of John H. and Viola M. Curtis Rabbe. She married Lester H. Lindsey on Aug. 16, 1960, in Mississippi. He died Feb. 14, 1985.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are her twin sister, Mildred Covert of Peoria; two nieces, Janet Hendricks and Delberta Hapke, both of Pekin; caregiver Kay Lopeman of Peoria; two step children; and two step grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Dayton Avenue Baptist Church in Peoria.
Cremation will be accorded. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown with Rev. Ray Greenfield officiating. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown was in charge of arrangements.
