Louise Langley, 77, of Vermont, died at 8:20 a.m. Friday, April 12, 1996, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born Aug. 19, 1918, in Carthage, a daughter of William R. and Alice Porter. She married Glenn R. Langley on June 23, 1940, in Palmyra, Mo. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
She is survived by two brothers, Lloyd Porter of California and Ludlow Porter of Rantoul; four sisters, Gwen Runkle of Prairie City, Katherine Sours of Macomb, Dorothy Evans of Yucaipa, Calif., and Pat Foor of Farmington, Iowa.
Graveside services were held this morning in the Stoneking Cemetery in Macomb with Rev. Ralph Swarthout officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
