Mrs. Oral (Freda Hammond) Landis, 82, of Decatur, died Monday, June 17, 1985, at Memorial Hospital in Decatur.
She was born in McDonough County, a daughter of Leslie and Myrtle Hammond. She married Dr. Oral F. Landis in 1923. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Norvan of Bloomington; two sisters, Letha Smith of Adair and Fern Marshall of Table Grove; and eight grandchildren.
One son, one daughter, three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday in South Shores United Methodist Church in Decatur. Burial was in Casey Cemetery.
