Passing of Richard Lacey

IPAVA — Richard Lacey, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lacey, passed away Sunday evening, Feb. 2, at his home near here, aged about 64, of tubercular and heart trouble. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Ora Lindsey, one daughter, Mrs. Lola Ross of Peoria and three grandsons; one daughter, Mrs. Lela Strode preceded him in death. There are four sisters living, Mesdames L. C. and E. J. Weese and Mrs. Thomas Clanin of Ipava and Mrs. Ora Babcock of Twin Falls, Idaho. One sister, Mrs. Tabor preceded him in death. Mrs. Emma Lacey, stepmother, also survives.

Mr. Lacey was highly respected and has lived most of his life on the farm where he died.

Funeral services await word from the sister at Idaho.
