Blanch Lindsey died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lindsey, in Pleasant township, Saturday evening at about 7:00 o'clock, aged 22 years, 6 months and 27 days. She had been in ill health for about two years.
She leaves to mourn her death her father and mother and one brother Kenneth. Two brothers and two sisters have preceded her in death, namely, Lola Mable, an infant sister, Odessa Fern, Raymond E. and Floyd A. [Note: this is most likely actually Lloyd A.]
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Woodland church, conducted by Rev. E. T. Palmer, pastor of the Astoria M. E. church and assisted by Rev. I. J. Gibson of the Church of the Brethren. Interment in the Woodland cemetery.
