LEWISTOWN — Mr. George Littlejohn passed away very suddenly at his home five miles northwest of the city about five o’clock Friday morning, Jan. 3. His father was awakened by his groaning, but before he could reach his bedside he was gone. He had been unusually well this winter, and had eaten a hearty supper on Thursday evening, and retired in the best of spirits. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Littlejohn and was born on the Littlejohn farm five miles southwest of Cuba on Jan. 14, 1878. He was unmarried, and had always lived with his parents. He was one of five children, two of them preceding him in death. He leaves two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Hitchcock of this city and Mrs. Ray Murphy of Cuba, who with his bereaved parents, mourn his going.
