Carrie, the ten-year-old daughter of Mrs. Mary Lamb, near Sepo, was horribly burned by accident a month ago. Dr. Strode, the attending physician, says that over three-fourths of her body was burned and that much of the muscular tissue sloughed off. When one-half of the human body is denuded of the skin by burning or any other cause, death is almost inevitable. And yet this poor child survived amidst great suffering until Saturday. Rev. Dickson conducted the funeral services. — Lewistown Democrat.
