She was born Nov. 1, 1938, in Havana, the daughter of Charles E. and Allie M. Simpson Hasty. She married Ralph Klinedinst on Nov. 11, 1955, in Havana. He survives.
Also surviving are three children, Derek (and Arlene) Klinedinst of Beardstown, Toni (and Richard Showalter) Klinedinst of Canton and Pam Zych of Peoria; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, David Klinedinst; and 12 siblings.
She was a homemaker and had volunteered for Make a Wish Foundation.
Cremation will be accorded. A graveside service with inurnment will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
