Pamela Jo Kohler, 49, of Vermont died at 9:30 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2003, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
She was born April 19, 1954, in Pekin, a daughter of Kenny and Wilma Vogel Kohler.
Surviving are one son, Shane of Vermont; one daughter, Holly (and Marty) Stewart of Mason City; one brother, Danny (and Marilyn) Kohler of Macomb; two sisters, Sarah (and Alan) Mathisen of Peoria and Jeannette Hornyak of Phoenix; and one grandson.
She had been a cashier at the Dollar Tree Store in Macomb.
Cremation has been accorded. Graveside services were held Tuesday at Greenhill Cemetery in San Jose with David Hickman officiating. Noel-Henderson Funeral Home in Pekin was in charge of arrangements.
