Guieda Leona Koontz, 65, of Bushnell, died at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 1996, at her residence.
She was born June 14, 1931, in Table Grove, the daughter of Fred A. and Chlora Kuhlke Renner. She married Robert Orland Koontz on Dec. 24, 1954, in Carthage. He preceded her in death, as did one grandson and one brother.
Surviving are three sons, Mike Bartley, Jeffrey Bartley of Bushnell and Jackie R. Koontz of Macomb; and four grandchildren.
She attended Western Illinois University and worked for NTN Bower for more than 20 years.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Bardolph Cemetery in Bardolph with Rev. Ralph Swarthout officiating.
Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home in Macomb was in charge of arrangements.
