Joe Kost, 81, of Seminole, Fla., formerly of Astoria, died in Florida on April 21, 1985.
Mr. Kost was associated with the Kost Drug Store in Astoria with his brother William until he retired in the early 1960’s.
He was born on Sept. 16, 1903, a son of Hal and Colla Kost. He married Phyllis Brown. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Katherine Kost of Carbondale, Ill., and Dr. Georgia Abrahms of California; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, William, and one sister, Mrs. Martha Weber.
