Mrs. Arthur Kiser, wife of a Beardstown night policeman, as found dead by the side of her bed Friday morning when her husband returned home from work. Her throat had been slashed with a razor which was still in her hand. The woman had been despondent for some time over ill health, and was to have entered a hospital for treatment.
