Vincent Jones, 63, of Roseville, died at 5:53 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 1996, at St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg.

He was born June 17, 1933, in Ipava, a son of Scott and Irene Mayall Jones. He married Hazel Maxine Stroops on Oct. 12, 1962, in Macomb. She survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Randy Wickline of Roseville, Terry Farris of Lynwood and Dave Farris; one daughter, Judy Hewett of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Hilton of Bushnell.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

He moved from Ipava to Bardolph in 1962 and lived in Roseville since 1973. He was a trucker for J.I. Case Fleet for 25 years, retiring in June 1994. He was a member of the National Guard and the Roseville American Legion Post.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Corman Memorial Home in Roseville with Rev. James Oliver officiating. Burial will be in Bardolph Cemetery in Bardolph.

Memorials may be made to Roseville Ambulance and Rescue Squad.
