HARRIET ELEANOR (McNAIR) JENNINGS

Aged Sister Dies In San Francisco Calif., December 2

Mrs. Harriet Eleanor McNair, a sister of Mrs. Mary Willock, died December 2nd at San Francisco, Calif., aged 75 years, 6 months and 16 days.

The deceased was born in Lowell, Ohio, May 16, 1855. Years ago, she lived with her family in Astoria. In 1883 she united in marriage with Robert Jennings of Cleveland, Ohio. Six children were born to this union, four daughters and two sons, namely, Mrs. Alberta Covarnbias, San Francisco, Calif.; J. T. Jennings, Saginaw, Mich.,; Mary Jennings, Mrs. Ethel Carter, Grace Jennings, all of San Francisco, California. Thomas Jennings, deceased. Her second marriage was to McNair.

Mrs. McNair united with the Presbyterian church when 15 years of age. She lived a faithful, loyal Christian. She had been in poor health for several weeks. Her husband died about ten years ago.

The remains were brought to Table Grove for burial. Funeral services were held Monday.

A Correction

In the article in last week's issue of The Argus-Searchlight, concerning the death of Mrs. Harrie Eleanor McNair-Jennings of San Francisco, Calif., it was stated she was twice married, the second time to a Mr. McNair, which was a mistake. She was married only once, to Robert Jennings.
