She was born Jan. 14, 1936, in Genoa, Neb., the daughter of Ted and Hazel Ryno Hardwick. She married Alan Haberman on Dec. 10, 1954, in Beardstown. He preceded her in death on Jan. 4, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Ted (and Carolyn) Haberman of Springfield, Todd Haberman of Waverly and John (and Khristina) Haberman of Hollister, Mo.; two daughters, Diane (and Mat) Feigl of Virginia, Ill., and Terri (and Kurt Marlenee) Haberman of West Des Moines, Iowa; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Beardstown and Astoria Lions Club.
A private graveside service in the Astoria Cemetery will be held. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Springfield.
