She was born March 14, 1944, the daughter of Charles and Mary Winterhoff Hills.
Surviving are three children, Lee Riutzel of Hibbing, Minn., Linette (and Keith Jr.) Smith of Rushville and Laura Adcock of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her companion, Richard Spillers of Rushville.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Jordan Smith.
She was a graduate of Brown County High School and attended John Wood Community College.
She provided accounting services for various businesses. She attended both the Rushville and Mount Sterling United Methodist churches.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Rushville City Cemetery with Reverend Lisa Grace officiating. Burial will follow. Wood Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
