He was born Jan. 21, 1993, in Rushville, a son of Troy and Suki Chio Hart.
He is survived by his parents of Rushville; one sister, Kristina Hart of Edwardsville; his grandmother, Shirley Hart of Rushville; four uncles; four aunts; and several cousins.
He was a 2011 graduate of Rushville/Industry High School. In the fall, he planned to continue his education and pursue a degree in philosophy. He also worked with his mom in the summer at Manna Food Service in Peoria.
He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church where he was active in the Praise Band. He also was a member of Luther Heggs Band.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at his church with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville.
