Susie A. Hill, 63, of Lewistown died Oct. 6, 2011, at her home.
She was born Jan. 21, 1948, in Peoria, a daughter of James J. and Virginia Gerard Butts.
Surviving are one son, Fred (and Joann) Salyars of Haleyville, Ala.; one daughter, Cindy Summers of East Peoria; one brother, Bobby Martinez; one sister, Jeanette Chamberlain; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
She worked as a CNA at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church.
Cremation will be accorded. Services were held Sunday at her church with Reverend Kathy Barrett officiating. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown was in charge of arrangements.
