She was born Sept. 24, 1954, in Canton, a daughter of Harold “Max” and Maurine Cooper Derry Sr. She married Mark “Eddie” Hough I on Sept. 29, 1973, in Havana. He died Oct. 31, 1985.
She also was preceded in death by her father; one son, Mark “Eddie” Hough II; and one niece.
Surviving are her mother, Maurine (and Raymond) Schisler of Lewistown; one daughter, Jessica (and Jeff “Tako”) Beaird of Lewistown; one brother, Max Derry Jr. of Ipava; one sister, Paula (and Doyle) Hough of Lewistown; one special friend, Carroll Bainter and his son; two grandchildren; and two step grandchildren.
She worked at Clayberg Nursing Home in Cuba many years.
She attended Lewistown Church of the Nazarene.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Randy Munson officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Memorial Home. Burial will be in Waterford Cemetery in rural Lewistown.
Memorials may be made to an education fund for her grandchildren in care of Mid America National Bank.
