Jaylyn E. Harn of Lewistown died at 2 a.m. Aug. 30, 2008, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born Aug. 30, 2008, in Peoria, the son of Jessica L. Harn.
Surviving are his mother of Lewistown; maternal grandparents, Lisa (and Michael Henzler) Harn of Lewistown; maternal great-grandparents, Louis (and Lucille) Harn of Lewistown; one aunt, Brittany (and Jared) Dickerson of Lewistown; one cousin, Landry Dickerson of Lewistown; and one uncle, Christopher Henzler of Lewistown.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerome Linnertz.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown with Rev. Danie deBeer officiating. There will be no visitation. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
