She was born Aug. 20, 1991, in Canton, a daughter of Bobby Ray and Lisa Lynn Baker Hunkeapillar.
Surviving are her parents of Montrose; two sisters, Alyssa and Desiray Hunkeapiller of Montrose; maternal grandparents, Everett and Nancy Baker of Keokuk, Iowa; and paternal grandparents, Bobby and Sueann Hunkeapillar of Ipava.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents and three cousins.
She was a junior at Central Lee High School in Donnellson, Iowa, where she was a cheerleader.
She was a member of Montrose Nazarene Church and Girl Scout Troop #9218.
She served as a volunteer at Ft. Madison Community Hospital where she received the Junior Volunteer of the Year Award.
Services were held Monday at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with Pastor Preston Smith officiating. Burial was in Montrose Cemetery.
