E. Lorraine HyzerE. Lorraine Hyzer, 72, of Cuba died at 4:04 a.m. Oct. 11, 2007, at her home.

She was born Dec. 29, 1934, in Canton, a daughter of Ed and Twila Shriver Wheeler. She married Harold Lynch. She later married Don Hackett, then Kenny Hyzer, both preceding her in death.

She also was preceded in death by one son, Harold Lynch Jr.; and one brother, Karold Lee Wheeler.

Surviving are two sons, Ronnie (and Jalyn) Lynch of Cissna Park and Harry (and Becky) Lynch of Fiatt; one daughter, Susie (and Russell) Johnson of Cuba; one brother, Bob Wheeler of Washington; two sisters, Helen Johnson of Springfield, Tenn., and Ruth Ann (and John) Gaskill of Groveland; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was the head bookkeeper at Farmers State Bank of Fulton County, a secretary for Joan Johnson and Cuba Farms, a certified nurse assistant at the former Clarytona Nursing Home and worked in the deli at Lewistown IGA.

She was a member of Cuba Christian Church.

Services were held Monday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Rev. Amy Wharton officiating. Burial was in Baughman Cemetery in rural Smithfield.
