Pamela A. Howard, 55, of Avon, died Saturday, July 3, 1999, at her home in Avon.
She was born June 3, 1944, in Sullivan, Ind., a daughter of Charles Mitchell and Jennett Story Mitchell. She married Chester Howard in Avon. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, James Howard of Sullivan; two daughters, Nancy L. DeWeese of Paris and Joyce A. Runquist of Plymouth; one granddaughter, Jessica Runquist; and one sister, Rebecca Shade of Vermont.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no visitation. A private service will be held at a later date. Corman Memorial Home in Avon is in charge of the arrangements.
