LINDA L. (ENGLISH) HINCHEE

Linda Hinchee

Linda L. Hinchee, 49, of Cuba, died at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 1996, at her home.

She was born Sept. 12, 1947 at Marietta, a daughter of Cecil and Betty Havens English.

Surviving are her parents of Marietta; three sons, Robin Hinchee of Macomb, Kevin Hinchee of Tampa, Fla., and Jalon Hinchee of Cuba; one daughter, Tammy Hinchee of Cuba; two brothers, Terry English of Marietta and Tim English of Bushnell; four sisters, Cecilia Luper of Table Grove, Patricia Virag of Smithfield, Trudy Schier of Spring Green, Wis., and Wilma Craver of Prairie City; and one grandson.

She had worked as head cook at the Cuba Grade School, and had also worked as a housekeeper for various Cuba residents. She had attended the Smithfield Church of the Nazarene, and was a member of Modern Woodmen of American Camp #596.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Smithfield Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Layton Malone and Rev. Rodney Ruberg officiating. Burial was in the Baughman Cemetery at Smithfield.

Memorials may be made to an education fund for Jalon Hinchee in care of the Cuba Branch of the National Bank of Canton.
