Phillip B. Hopping, 60, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Vermont, died Monday, Oct. 28, 1996, at St. Anthony Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born May 22, 1936, in Vermont, a son of Bennie and Wanda Schifler Hopping.
He is survived by three daughters, Kelly, Linda and Lisa; one sister, Janice Sullivan; two brothers, Robert Hopping and Stanley Hopping; and two grandchildren.
He was a car salesman.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Vermont Cemetery in Vermont. Visitation will be at the New Kurtis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, Butler Hill, St. Louis, Mo. from 3 to 9 p.m. today.
