M. Blanche Hinman, 92, formerly of Tremont, died at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 1995, at Morton Terrace.
She was born July 23, 1902, in Tremont, a daughter of James E. and Ella McIntyre. She married Earl E. Hinman on Oct. 20, 1921, in Dwight. He died Aug. 22, 1970. One daughter, Margery Bollinger; one son, James A.; one sister; one grandson; and one great-grandson also preceded her in death.
Surviving are four sons, Robert E. of Chillicothe, Richard G. of Tremont, Edward M. of Astoria and John A. of Grapevine, Texas; four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Virginia) Bollinger, Mary A. Oberlander and Patricia Benson, all of Tremont, and Mrs. Michael (Karen) Wagner of Pekin; 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great, great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Tremont United Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Davis Mortuary in Tremont with Rev. Keith Ferguson officiating. Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial was in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
