Mrs. Maizie M. Hopping, 74, of Lewistown died at 10:29 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 1973, in Mason District Hospital in Havana.
She was born on March 8, 1899, in Bluff City, a daughter of William and Gertrude Curless Dutton.
Surviving are five sons, Earl […] of Versailles, Harold of Havana, Everett of Petersburg, Va., Arlie Hopping and Wayne […], both of Lewistown; one daughter, Mrs. Lulubelle Edwards of Lewistown; 12 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Dollie Derry of Astoria, Mrs. Grace Hopping of Industry and Mrs. Mary Lawver of Moline; and two brothers, John Dutton of Bluff City and Harry of Vermont.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. H. H. Schultz officiating. Burial was in Union Chapel Cemetery.
