Mrs. Jennie Hamm, 91, Of Astoria, Dies

Mrs. Jennie Hamm, 91, of Astoria, died Monday morning at the Wickert Convalescent home in Astoria following a long illness.

Funeral services were held this afternoon in the Astoria Church of the Brethren, with the Rev. D. Edwin Rodabaugh officiating. Burial was in Woodland cemetery.

Mrs. Hamm was born Nov. 3, 1869 in Pennsylvania, a daughter of George and Lovina Falkenroth Bubb. She was married May 27, 1895 to Elmer Hamm. He died in 1927.

Surviving are two daughters, Miss Lela Hamm and Mrs. Katie Royer of Astoria; a brother, Jesse Bubb of Astoria and one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Danner of Vermont. Also surviving are four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four great, great-grandchildren.

One daughter, seven brothers and one sister died previously.
