IPAVA — Mrs. Nicholas Weber received a message from Hoisington, Kansas, stating that her brother, D. W. Humphrey had passed away at his home there Dec. 8, very suddenly of paralysis. Mr. Humphrey was here over two months visiting relatives, having just returned to Kansas a few weeks ago.
