VERMONT — Died, on Wednesday, March 23 at her home in this place, Mrs. Col. Thomas Hamer. She was born in Columbia Co., New York, 1833. Her maiden name was Margaret Johnson. Came here in 1844; was united in marriage to Col. Thos. Hamer in 1876. The funeral occurred from her late home Friday, March 25th, Rev. Ross officiating.
