Samuel Heltzell, an old resident of Woodland township, living southeast of Astoria on Elm creek, aged over seventy years died Wednesday. He was a soldier of the civil war and one of those the government failed to recompense for valued services rendered. The funeral will occur to-day (Thursday) at 10 o’clock, from the late residence.
