She was born Sept. 25, 1957, in Canton, a daughter of Albert A. and Doris Irene Fouts Garlisch.
Surviving are one brother, Kevin (and Teresa) Garlisch of Havana; one sister, Debby (and Charles) Phebus of Jacksonville; and four nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She graduated from Lewistown Community High School and Robert Morris College. She last worked at Western Illinois University in the Student Legal Services Department.
Services were held Monday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Tim Sheridan officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
