Virginia Grzanich, 89, of Lewistown died at 7:17 p.m. Oct. 12, 2011, at Sunset Manor in Canton.
She was born Nov. 18, 1921, in Lewistown, the daughter of Ralph and Gertrude Wilson Gallinger. She married Stanko Grzanich on May 15, 1948, in Canton. He preceded her in death on Sept. 27, 2010.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers; and one nephew, Gregory Gallinger.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She had worked in the Fulton County Clerk's office before retiring.
She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Lewistown, Lewistown American Legion Auxiliary, Dunfermline Womens Club and DAR. She served many years on the Board of Directors for Farmers State Bank.
Services were held Saturday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Kevin Vantine officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
