She was born Sept. 18, 1924, in Rushville, a daughter of Grover Cleveland and Mary Frances Irwin Morrell. She married Melvin Grafton on March 9, 1942, in Marion County, Mo. She later married Clinton Gregory on Aug. 9, 1969, in Schuyler County. He died Dec. 4, 1982.
Surviving are one son, Wayne M. Grafton of Browning; one brother, Robert T. Morrell of Olivehurst, Calif.; two sisters, Pauline Barker of Quincy and Ruth Butler of Pekin; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She worked at Mickelberry Packing Co. from 1945 to 1964. She later was a nurse’s aide at Culbertson Memorial Hospital from 1965 until retiring in 1980.
She was a member of Rushville First Southern Baptist Church.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Worthington Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Rushville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of services.
