Wendall L. Grove, 75, of Astoria died at 7:04 p.m. Dec. 30, 2006, at Mason District Hospital in Havana.
He was born July 14, 1931, in Woodland Township, Fulton County, the son of Fred and Leatha Slaight Grove. He married Dorothy Cooney on Feb. 16, 1952, in Kahoka, Mo. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Philip L. and Richard E., both of Astoria; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Alice Harn; and his parents.
He was a farmer his entire life.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Mount Zion Cemetery in Astoria. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
