He was born Nov. 23, 1955, in Canton, the son of Russell and Betty Lockard Fulton.
Surviving are his mother; two sons, Brian Fulton and Alex (and Cassandra Watson) Fulton, both of Duncan Mills; two daughters, Samantha (and Robert) McIntire of Norris and Sarah Fulton of Duncan Mills; one sister, Marilyn (and Tom) Laconte of Florida; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was a cattle farmer who owned and operated his family’s cattle farm.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Burial will be held in Summum Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to his grandchildren’s education fund.
