She was born Jan. 26, 1920, in Lewistown, a daughter of Forrest and Pearl Haist. She married Robert Lee Frazier. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by two siblings, Lavern “Buddy” and Dorothy.
Surviving are one son, Robert (and Mary) Frazier; one sister, Shirley Mayall; and two granddaughters, Julia (and Ryan) Donohoe and Erin Frazier.
She was a long-time resident of Table Grove, where she was a member of Table Grove Community Church. She also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Order of the Eastern Star for over 50 years.
A memorial will be held at a later date in Table Grove. Davenport Family Funeral Home in Crystal Lake is in charge of arrangements.
