Marjorie Fulks

Marjorie FulksMarjorie A. Fulks, 83, of Littleton died at 1:02 a.m. Jan. 1, 2014, at the home of her daughter in Salisbury.

She was born Jan. 24, 1930, in Brazil, Ind., a daughter of Charles E. “Jack” and Beulah J. Leith Barding. She married Roger C. Fulks on Jan. 2, 1955, in Rushville. He preceded her in death on Dec. 29, 2012.

She also was preceded in death by one sister, Jacquelyn Mehne.

Surviving are two daughters, Ann (and Bill) Schramm of Leroy and Beth (and Paul) Leach of Salisbury; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Macomb.

She was a phone operator at Schuyler Telephone Company; worked in the office of Dr. L. C. Southerland MD; operated the Wells Fargo Restaurant and worked at Knapp Jewelers, both in Rushville; and Gene’s Jewelers in Macomb.

Services were held Monday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Steve Pichaske officiating. Burial was in Littleton Cemetery.
