Anthony Fosdyck

Anthony L. Fosdyck, 35, of rural Bushnell was pronounced dead at 10:17 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

He was born Nov. 5, 1968, in Princeton, a son of Howard E. and Marilyn J. Williamson Fosdyck. He married Venice LaVon Thompson on June 18, 1993, in Bushnell. She survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Britney Fosdyck and Alexis Fosdyck, both of Bushnell; his maternal grandfather, Doyle Williamson of Astoria; five brothers, Rodney (and Ann) of Bowen, Darryl (and Kimberly) of Estill Springs, Tenn., Joseph (and Karmen) of Bushnell, Larry (and Phyllis) of Metamora and Randall of East Peoria; and one sister, Cheryl Best of Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He worked at the McDonough Democrat in Bushnell for 14 years.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell with Rev. Kevin Kessler officiating. Burial will be in Bushnell Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
