Janice Marie Fawcett-Fox, 36, of Havana died at 7:59 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2001, at her residence.

She was born Aug. 14, 1964, in Canton, a daughter of Robert and Mary Burgett Fawcett. She married Kermit Donaho on March 28, 1986. She later married Richard Fox on Aug. 15, 1998. He survives.

Also surviving are her parents of Havana; one daughter, Ashley Donaho of Havana; her grandmother, Margaret Burgett of Havana; five brothers, Paul Hackman and Robert Fawcett Jr., both of Havana, Terry Hackman of Pekin, Larry Hackman of Missouri and Todd Fawcett of Galesburg; three sisters, Penny Smith of Peoria, Peggy Robertson of Ipava and Susie Schoonover of Kilbourne; and 18 nieces and nephews.

She worked at Bobby B's Restaurant in Ipava for 14 years. She also worked at Belle of the Night in Havana.

Services were held Tuesday at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana. Burial was in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to an education fund for Ashley Donaho in care of Havana National Bank.
